MITRE’s Endpoint Applications Solutions team has an opening for a Senior Mobility Engineer to join a team responsible for providing MITRE employees with enterprise class tools that keep them safe while enabling them to be productive and collaborative with peers and sponsors. MITRE has equipped every staff member with an iPhone and centrally manages the devices.   

Responsibilities include:

• Subject Matter Expert on JAMF Mobile Deployment


• Engineers solutions for complex issues and service improvements


• Contributes to the development of enterprise level strategy for mobile devices


• Engineers solutions to improve the Mobile Onboarding experience and increase the integration of Mobile Devices with other management systems


• Develops Mobile Application Training Materials


• Mentors junior mobility staff

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with mobile device operating systems and security concepts


• Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management tools (e.g. BlackBerry UEM, JAMF, Intune, ABM)


• Good oral and written communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mid- to large company experience with mission-critical Mobility services


• Experience with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)


• Experience deploying and supporting M365 Mobile Applications
